Refund Policy

At The Reel Memory we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our policy below.

Cancellations We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If your order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

Please note: We cannot cancel orders once the product has already been shipped out.

Returns We accept returns on products within 90 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first to receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not charge restocking fees

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been customized or personalized (if applicable in the future)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
